I have been a patient of Dr. Rever’s for over 30 years and started with him when he first opened his practice. Whether my care is routine or more complicated, I receive high quality state of the art dental care. Dr. Rever is meticulous, thorough, professional, and personable. Being a health provider myself, I have always been impressed how he continually incorporates the latest technology and learns new dental skills to develop an innovative practice. My dental hygienist, Rebecca, is superb. She is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She keeps my teeth and gums healthy, explains any findings that need attention and develops a solid plan of care. Rebecca informs Dr. Rever of any concerns or questions she has about her exam. Throughout the years, when I have needed more complicated dental procedures and had Zoila, his dental assistant, care for me. She is knowledgeable, caring, and responsive to my needs. The office administrative staff, Samira, and Elizabeth are professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Rever and his staff are just exceptional.

UPDATE: After multiple phone calls, I was informed that when I originally called, all I asked was whether they took my insurance (UHC), not whether they were in network. As a result, I was told yes, my insurance was taken. However, the part about me not being in network was left out. They have agreed to reduce my remaining bill by about 30%, contingent on me updating this review. I give three stars because the quality of the work received was very good. However, make sure you specifically ask whether or not you are in network so you avoid the situation I have gone through. ORIGINAL: I was not told that my insurance was not in network until AFTER getting major work done. Absolutely unacceptable.
