First time patient, came in for a regular, bi-annual cleaning and overall was an uncomfortable experience. Dental team was friendly enough, but doctor made some inappropriate and unnecessary comments about some recent medication I was taking during the oral exam. Cherry on top was when I went to check out and was told I had to pay for services up front because they are an out-of-network provider for me, which was not made clear in initial conversation with the receptionist. Waiting on claim submission nd will not be returning!
