Rebecca: Dental Hygienist

Rebecca was born & raised in the Silver Spring area. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for the last 18 years and joined our office in 2010. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland, School of Dental Surgery and has a Certification of Dental Hygiene from Howard University. Her post graduate training includes certification in delivery of local anesthetic, Hygiene Academy program & yearly continuing education in periodontal disease & new treatment methods. Rebecca is passionate about patient care & helping her patient’s reach optimal oral health. Aside from her dedication to her career she enjoys working out, reading & spending time with her husband & 2 children.

Nahal: Dental Hygienist

Nahal was born in Iran. She earned an associate degree of Dental Hygiene from Baltimore City Community College in 2009. She also pursued Bachelors of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland, School of Dental Surgery in 2015. Nahal is certified to administer Local Anesthetic. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2009 and comes with experience from Rockefeller Plaza in NYC where she practiced for 3 years. She is highly skilled, and is happy to answer any questions you may have prior to your dental appointment. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, listening to international music, and spending time with her family and friends. She joined our practice in 2013.

Zoila: Dental Assistant

Zoila joined our office in 1994. She is a qualified Dental Assistant who has been practicing in this field for the past 23 years. Zoila holds a certification in Expanded Duties which is the highest level of a Certified Dental Assistant. She is specialized and very knowledgeable in the use of the latest dental technology. Zoila speaks both English and Spanish fluently and she is originally from El Salvador, Central America.

Samira: Dental Assistant

Samira graduated from Montgomery College with a degree in dental assisting and is a licensed Radiologic technician. She holds a certification in Expanded Functions and is also cross- trained in front desk duties. She joined our office in 2006 from Seattle, Washington and has been working in the field for 10 years. Samira is of Lebanese descent and she taught English as a second language when she lived in Lebanon. She was born in Sierra Leone and is fluent in English, Arabic, and Creole.

Xiomara: Dental Assistant

Xiomara joined our practice in 2015. She is originally from Puerto Rico. She comes with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She is certified as a Dental Radiation Technologist and Qualified in General Duties by the State of Maryland. She earned an Associate’s degree in Dental Assisting with expanded functions from the National University College in Puerto Rico 2005. She also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the Universidad Metropolitana de Puerto Rico in 2014. Xiomara is very warm, and will always welcome you with a friendly smile. She enjoys nature and loves baking.

Nadyne: Patient Care Coordinator

Nadyne, our Office Manager and scheduling administrator, has worked with us since 1993 and has lived in the area for over 26 years. Nadyne is well versed in assisting with all financial arrangements and is happy to explain what to expect on each appointment. She is highly skilled in helping patients achieve the dentistry they deserve and in getting that right appointment – one that is convenient to them and fits their busy schedule. She has trained with Paragon Management Associates, Inc.’s, Institute’s Leadership, Front Office and Office Manager’s academies and has participated in numerous other customer service programs. She has also trained with Jay Geier’s Scheduling Institute. Prior to working here, she honed her customer relation skills in the medical field. A consummate professional and is very personable individual who truly enjoys working with all our patients. Nadyne is originally from the Pennsylvania area. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her 4 grandchildren.

Shannon: Front Office Administrator

Qamar: Billing Insurance Specialist

Qamar joined our practice in 2010 and came with a wealth of experience in health information management. She holds a degree in Health Information Management. She has trained with Paragon Management Associates Inc’s, Institute’s leadership, and front office academy Jay Geier’s Institute. Qamar is fluent in English and Urdu.
