Dawit is an amazing young team member who learns quickly and helps customers to relax no matter the treatment. Kathy has been consistent and meticulous in her cleaning routines. The other team members are so supportive of the dentist's mission. They execute it well. Dr. Rever provides real leadership and can be trusted to give professional feedback. I have been seeing this dentist for 8 years and I now have perfectly align teeth with healthy gum. I don't have to worry about rapid bone loss. I’ve been going to Advanced Total Dental Care for years and my dental health really thanks for that. On my first days, beside questions about my dental health and concerns, they also asked about my previous experience with other dental offices before I got to them. They targeted every single problem that I want to avoid. They understand my concern of limited financial resources, and they make cost as transparent as they can whenever they provide any solution. When I first met them, my gum was so sensitive that I have to double numbing gel, painkillers… whatever it takes before anyone could touch my gum. Now I can go through the whole cleaning process without any numbing gel. No more bleeding gum when I brush my teeth. No more pain during desserts. Everybody at Advanced Total Dental Care is such a pleasure to work with. From doctors, dental hygienist, receptionist… they are all sweet and courteous. Katherine, the lady who helps me with dental cleaning, is the most gentle and attentive possible. She really takes time when needed. She has this soothing voice too. Even with sensitive gum, I feel like I could fall asleep sometimes, but try not too lol. I always a get bag of goodies (photo attached) after each dental cleaning. Which I do carry along to use at work after lunch. Healthy habit pays off. Both Katherine and even Dr.Revver cheered me on my “no numbing gel” milestones. What a happy day. Dr. Revver helped me with several cavities during my early days here as well. He is also super gentle, super sweet, with the same soothing energy. Everything works so well that now I almost forget that I used to have that problem.

Although dental visits have always been an anxiety issue for me, Dr Reever has always done his best to make me feel as comfortable as I possibly can be. I suffer from major gag reflex issues which often leads to complications to be dealt with. Kathy has been a wonderful hygienist and I actually don’t have any anxiety issues any longer when just getting a cleaning.
